Acorn added a total of 26 additional testing sites to the existing Titan system without significantly affecting the surrounding system components.

In order to achieve this Acorn developed a load-bearing cantilevered system capable of rough and fine alignment to existing infrastructure, additional test sites that accepted current and future carrier designs, fully functioning ductwork that maintained the hot/cold atrium division in the existing system, and several access points (including sliding door, interlocks, windows, etc.). Overall, Acorn accomplished all of this without increasing the envelope of the Titan system.
